The Ice tongs have been in the Alessi catalogue since 1979 and belongs to the historical production. It’s the fruit of the extensive research by Alberto Gozzi on professional bar & wine utensils. The Ice tongs were conceived by Ettore Sottsass, internationally recognized as one of the initiators of the revolution in design, and have become a classic, a true archetype of restaurant industry and private service, an "essential" objects, with its proportions, lightness and function.
